What We Do

The Sport for Calgary Foundation is a fully independent, broad based foundation that works in partnership with other organizations in the funding and delivery of sports programs, facilities and education.

The Foundation acts as an umbrella organization that aligns with causes that directly increase, enhance or improve access to sport for all Calgarians. An independent board of directors of the Foundation raises capital and selects creative and impactful projects that align with the charitable purpose of the organization.

Grant Inquiries

Sport for Calgary Foundation is currently developing a granting program aimed at supporting sport participation and community impact. While details are still being finalized, we look forward to sharing more information in the future.
